  Buffalo United Methodist Church--

Putnam, County, West Virginia

To visit or attend our church, approach from either of two directions--

--From Interstate 64, exit at the Teays Valley/Winfield exit and go north on Route 34 OR USE THE NEW ROAD, ROUTE 35 TOWARD POINT PLEASANT.   Cross the Buffalo Bridge to route 62, then turn left at the  'T' intersection.  Buffalo UMC is in the center of town, behind the building that once was the old Buffalo Bank and has been renovated into a Visitors Center.  We are also right beside the building called the 'Academy,' a school that originated in the 1800s.

LOOK FOR OUR RENOVATED SIGN

--From Route 62 and Point Pleasant, come south into town and look for our sign in the middle of town--you will also see the Bank Building mentioned above.  You will turn left to the church--you can see the church pictured above.

See the  local map of Buffalo, especially our church area called the 'historic town center,' on the information page of this site.
